I took exceptional care of all my toys too. I was born in '88' and have a HUGE micro machine collection to boot from when they were really popular. I also have the Highways and Byways playset. My dad was (still is) a gearhead so these were a staple of my childhood. Unfortunately they're buried in his basement Tom Basilhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10428862499249797246noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-999710032876763191.post-7023741571999558762014-04-15T19:16:38.230+02:002014-04-15T19:16:38.230+02:00Hi Juan, Hi Charlotte!

When I have a child I will also play MM with him/her.

Curious that you both found this in a thrift shop, I wish I could also find cool things in thrift shops where I live.

By the way, sorry Juan! I always reply to comments, but for some reason I did forget.
<br /Goghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04011186898064397549noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-999710032876763191.post-5328453242230159012014-04-11T09:25:39.195+02:002014-04-11T09:25:39.195+02:00I just picked this up in an Op Shop (thrift store)...I just picked this up in an Op Shop (thrift store) in Australia! I had micro machines when I was little (I was quite the TomBoy) so recognised the sets in a big mixed up bag of toys for $7.50. It's not complete, I'm missing TV tall building & restaurant, but the car wash itself is complete & still rolls cars through! My nearly 3yo son was introduced to Micro Machines today & Charlottehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16393475065428174377noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-999710032876763191.post-2099180780819455342013-10-29T02:30:16.402+01:002013-10-29T02:30:16.402+01:00I always wanted a car wash for my miniatures as a ...I always wanted a car wash for my miniatures as a kid. Now years later I came across the car wash building in a goodwill warehouse , Sad part is it's just the building minus one of the rolling sponges and I'm bummed there was more .
