Capt. Laser and Spector were available, as usual, in their individual blister packs or in boxes with other figures, but instead of having one big-size vehicle, they came with a small helicopter-backpack.
The helicopter backpack is rather fragile, and can be found only rarely with all their parts and working. There is a button on the upper part of the backpack that mechanically activates the blades.
The backpack can be removed, although it is not recommended to do so as the wings on the head of Capt. Laser may suffer some damage in the process, or the backpack’s plastic may get some stress when forcing it open. Capt. Laser is one of the most fragile figures in the series because of these two wings. Many times they are broken and missing.
I keep this figure since I was a kid, I like very much the colours of the figure and their contrast to the colours of the backpack, mostly with some golden details. As any other reference of this collection it is now a highly valued collectable and very hard to find.
Although the prices are ramping steadily, I was able to buy on a recent auction this same figure carded. Here are the pictures of the fantastic blistercard.

Una bizarrada estos superfantastics. Que maravillosos detalles tiene esa figura y qué cuidadoso fuiste para que llegara al dia de hoy en tan buenas condiciones. Enhorabuena por la adquisición.
ReplyDelete!De mis series predilectas! Conservo todas las figuras de cuando era pequeño. También tuve el castillo y varios vehículos, que a día de hoy están muy deteriorados. Ahora estoy comprando poco a poco los vehículos si encuentro buenas ofertas. Tengo varias entradas pendientes con vehículos y figuras en sus embalajes originales o, si no, completos y en muy buen estado, pero al ritmo que voy, tardará todo años en aparecer. !Gracias por los comentarios!
DeleteUna figura preciosa. Y muy bien conservada. Al contrario que otras figuras de la línea Airgam, a las Airgam Comics tendía a borrárseles el rostro con la manipulación por carecer de relieve, pero está lo tiene intacto.
ReplyDeleteBueno, el visor, que sobresale un poco, si que tiene sus roces, pero es muy cierto que las pintura esa se pierde con el roce de las manos. No he sido mucho de sobar los muñecos, sino de colocarlos en un sitio u otro (usaba una alfombra como base de los buenos y otra alfombra para los malos), los subía a los vehículos, les ponía las armas, pero rápidamente cambiaba a otra figura, la movía y así todos el rato, alternando entre todo lo que tenía, pero sin apenas mantener agarrados los muñecos. ¡Gracias por el comentario!
